I offer authenticity, empathy, and a positive focus that can promote emotional healing. Creativity and intuition combine with principles and practices from evidence-based methods such as acceptance and cognitive therapies (ACT and CBT).
Together we discover how thoughts control our emotions, which in turn, produce our behaviors.
